5:30  Annual Meeting,

6:00  Pot-Luck,

7:00 Storytelling.

All are welcome to the Historical Society of Windham County’s Annual Meeting on Friday, August 28 at the NewBrook Fire Station (Route 30, Newfane). The meeting at 5:30 PM (open to any interested members of the public as well as Historical Society members), is traditionally followed by a pot-luck supper at 6:00 (bring a dish to share — drinks are provided). The ever popular program of story-telling begins at 7:00. Stories of “days gone by” from all corners of the County will be presented by: Richard Hamilton of Marlboro, Forest “Zip” Jacobs of Townshend, Barbara Moseley of Vernon and Fred Humphrey of Guilford.
