Historical Society
of Windham County

The Historical Society of Windham County was founded in 1927 for the purpose of preserving the history of Windham County. The museum is the major project of the Historical Society.

The brick federal style building was constructed in 1936 and houses a collection that reflects the history of the county from the late 18th to early 20th century.
